Forgive us.It has been 3 months since our last confession.We will say ten Hail Mary's and try and do better. We have just returned from London (first class - you get loads of free stuff,a nice big seat and a gaurantee of no dogs ,smoke,children and all the other things that make the Euston - Glasgow a drag - 1 fry up, 2 papers,light lunch and a few glasses of wine and you're there)where we were making our annual pilgrimage to see Neil. We like to get "free stuff"(Homer quote)and guest lists are our personal favourites,but alas we had no joy this time and had to fork out 220 pounds for the privilage of being put to sleep by Neils story of Greendale.It was still worth it though to be in the presence of the great man and we would always rather hear his latest work than a trawl through the hits.I'm sure we will probably get the record and change our minds - we'll let you know. We have actually been quite busy getting our new studio together.Monica has been doing a bit of recording for a couple of things which we'll let you know about later. You can also find a new interview on a site www.rootsreview.co.uk and a new review on the Creem magazine site. We are hoping we can get the new record out in the fall. What's been taking up a lot of our energy lately though is the wonderful success of Celtic in the Uefa cup. Unfortunately we couldn't manage to get tickets but we will be getting together with some friends tonight to cheer them on.Our new pals Henrick and Paul will do it for us. C'mon the Hoops. Love J+M
